Safa
Safa is Yasir and Ghufran's eight-year old sister and was suffering from bilateral aphakia and nystagmus, the same two maladies that were afflicting her brother. Safa had a previous surgery that had relieved the pressure in her eyes. As a result, Safa was able to have additional surgery to clean the lenses on her eyes and to s tabilize their movement, thus curing the nystagmus.
